The 400kVA SCB10 cast resin dry type transformer is an indoor medium-voltage power distribution transformer widely adopted in 10kV power systems. The high-voltage and low-voltage windings are integrally encapsulated with epoxy resin through advanced vacuum casting technology, featuring solid insulation structure without any combustible insulating oil.
This SCB10 series transformer adopts high-quality cold-rolled grain-oriented silicon steel sheet as iron core material, effectively reducing no-load loss and meeting standard energy efficiency requirements. With Class F insulation, the equipment operates stably under normal indoor conditions. It is equipped with built-in temperature sensors and supporting temperature control device to monitor winding temperature in real time and realize over-temperature alarm and trip protection.
High and low voltage windings are fully cast with epoxy resin. The transformer features flame retardant, self-extinguishing and non-combustible performance. No flammable insulating oil, eliminating hidden dangers of oil leakage, explosion and fire. It can be installed in shopping malls, hospitals, underground spaces and other public buildings with strict fire protection requirements.
