    The 50kVA oil-immersed transformer is widely used in daily life. It supplies power for rural villages, small shops, farmhouses, community charging piles and courier stations.     Operation & Common Notes：

    Check appearance, oil level and terminals before installation, fix the transformer horizontally and connect ground reliably. Wire HV and LV cables as marked, run it with no load for 30 mins; put on load if no abnormal noise or oil leakage. Only check oil level and leakage regularly. Do not overload long-term; adjust tap changer after power cut under unstable voltage. Common faults include oil leakage, hot terminals and strange noise. Tighten welds for leakage, fasten terminals for overheating, and cut power to inspect core for noise. Keep waterproof and dustproof outdoors.

    Product Feature

    The core is laminated with high-permeability silicon steel sheets to reduce no-load loss and save energy. Pure copper windings feature high temperature resistance and strong short-circuit withstand capacity. Equipped with a fully sealed corrugated tank, it isolates air to slow oil deterioration, realizing maintenance-free outdoor use with a service life over 20 years.

    Designed with ONAN cooling system, it runs quietly. The anti-corrosion tank is moisture-proof, dust-proof and lightning-proof. An off-circuit tap changer supports ±2×2.5% voltage regulation to adapt to grid fluctuations. Compact and easy to install, it is an economical and reliable power transformation device for small power distribution.
