The iron core of the product is made of high-permeability cold-rolled grain-oriented silicon steel sheets with multi-stage stepped lamination technology, cutting no-load loss down to 340W and greatly reducing operating energy consumption. Its windings are wound with pure copper conductors covered with high-temperature resistant and anti-aging insulation layers. The load loss is controlled at 2730W, delivering stable temperature rise under load and outstanding short-circuit withstand capacity. The unit features a fully sealed corrugated tank structure without an oil conservator. Corrugated sheets elastically compensate volume changes of transformer oil, isolating oil from air to slow oil deterioration. It requires zero daily maintenance and boasts a service life of over 20 years.
